Application support to clients, recording and documenting activity through the ticket system (a computerized system for organizing service requests) and maintaining a high level of communication with senior consultants and software engineers
Maintaining records of support requests, their status and solution within supporting tools
Diagnose, analyse and resolve issues reported by customers
Identifying software bugs and opportunities for new features
Developing and maintaining close relationships with clients
Training the end users and preparing end user training material if necessary
Responsibilities: To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
