Application support to clients, recording and documenting activity through the ticket system (a computerized system for organizing service requests) and maintaining a high level of communication with senior consultants and software engineers
Maintaining records of support requests, their status and solution within supporting tools
Diagnose, analyse and resolve issues reported by customers
Identifying software bugs and opportunities for new features
Developing and maintaining close relationships with clients
Training the end users and preparing end user training material if necessary
Responsible for enhancement
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
Preferably Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
Experience in implementing Financials in any ERP applications is an added advantage.
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX is an added advantage.
